A 90-day training to expand your capacity to feel, to stay present in conflict, and to receive the love and connection that's already available to you.
"This work has been paramount in helping me find this amazing relationship. My experience in Heart iQ helped my nervous system recognise my partner when he showed up."
Sarah London, UK
"As guys, we don't know how to access our emotions. Heart iQ made it safe for me to go there — and it changed everything in my marriage."
Marc California, USA
"I've done years of therapy and personal development. Nothing touched the places that Heart iQ reached in just a few weeks."

"When the rain pours from the heavens, if a thimble is all you hold up — a thimble is all you will receive."
Christian Pankhurst
Most of us are walking through life with a thimble-sized container — overwhelmed by conflict, overstimulated by intensity, craving connection but shutting down when it gets real.
It's not that love isn't available.
It's that our capacity to receive it has shrunk.
This programme is designed to expand your capacity to stay open —
so you can receive more love, more truth, more life.
You've read the books. Maybe sat in therapy. Perhaps even done retreats. But when it comes to the moments that matter most — the vulnerable conversation, the conflict that keeps looping, the intimacy you long for — something still doesn't land.
The gap isn't knowledge. It's not even skill. It's capacity — the ability to stay open when your nervous system wants to shut down, to hold more feeling without collapsing or numbing, to stay present when everything inside you says run.
You hold back what you really feel because your nervous system learned it wasn't safe to be fully honest
Conflicts repeat the same pattern — because your emotional container isn't yet big enough to hold the charge without shutting down
You feel disconnected — from your body, your partner, or the sense of belonging you know is possible
You override sensitivity with intensity — numbing through habits, busyness, or avoidance instead of feeling what's actually there
You're ready for more — but "more" isn't another book or insight. It's the lived capacity to stay open when life gets charged
It just starts to feel like too much.
And most of us don't realise what we're doing with that overwhelm.
We don't call it trauma. We don't call it avoidance. We don't call it shutdown.
We just call it "normal."
You crave intimacy — but when it gets vulnerable, you pull back.
You want more connection — but conflict makes you defensive or distant.
You say you're "fine" — but you feel slightly numb most of the time.
You stay busy because slowing down feels uncomfortable.
You reach for your phone the moment you feel something hard.
Not because you're weak.
Because your nervous system doesn't feel safe enough
to hold what's underneath.
A low hum of anxiety that never fully switches off.
Irritability in your relationship.
Emotional fatigue.
A sense that life is happening — but you're not fully in it.
Periods of disconnection that you can't quite explain.
The quiet ache of wanting something deeper but not knowing how to sustain it.
Productivity, porn, scrolling, achievement.
Going flat instead of feeling.
Needing drama or stimulation to feel alive.
Cyclical, exhausting, never quite resolved.
You don't lack love. You don't lack opportunity. You don't lack intelligence.
You lack the internal space to receive what's already here.
So instead of allowing more love and connection in…
you brace against it. You override it. You numb it.
Or you chase something louder.
And over time, that becomes your baseline.
Heart iQ isn't about pushing harder, disciplining yourself into change, or adding more to your already full plate. It's about creating such a foundation of internal safety in your nervous system that real change begins to happen naturally — with more ease, more grace, and at the right time.
When we try to force transformation without the capacity to hold it, it doesn't stick. So instead of pushing, we practise opening. Instead of demanding change, we expand our capacity to receive it. That's what the Heart iQ 90-Day Challenge is designed to do.
"I started to dare to be 100% authentic again. I can feel great joy in connecting with others from deep within. I feel ALIVE and Natural."
— Mascha Loschmann
This isn't a course you watch. It's a practice you live — with real people, real guidance, and a structure designed to meet you where you are and take you somewhere new.
Over 90 days, you'll move through a carefully sequenced journey — expanding your capacity to feel, to stay open in conflict, and to receive love and connection without shutting down. Supported by live calls with Christian, training sessions with certified facilitators, a live 3-day virtual retreat, and a global community walking the same path. Everything you need is included, and it's yours to keep.
Each week works across three integrated pillars — because when your capacity expands, behaviour naturally reorganises.
From Thimble to Ocean
Most of us aren't broken — we just haven't had the space to open. This pillar expands your emotional container so you can hold more joy, more truth, and more intensity without collapsing or numbing.
Instead of forcing change, you create the conditions where change happens naturally.
From Reaction to Leadership
Connection is where your capacity gets tested. In relationship, you discover where you collapse, where you defend, where you shut down. This pillar trains you to stay open — especially when things get charged.
You'll learn to ask: What does this moment require? Nurture? Repair? Meeting an edge to expand into new territory? Truth?
From Isolation to Belonging
We are not meant to regulate alone. A nervous system stabilises in connection — not just romantic, but in a group. This pillar teaches you how to create circles of brotherhood, sisterhood, and community that hold you as you grow.
Men need brothers. Women need sisters. Everyone needs to be seen without performing.
As your personal capacity to receive expands, your relationships stabilise. As your relationships become cleaner, your nervous system settles. As your connection to brotherhood and sisterhood strengthens, you stop placing impossible expectations on one person.
Three paths. One expanding capacity. Everything opens together.
Every lesson is designed to expand your capacity further — to feel more, stay open longer, and show up with greater clarity in the relationships that matter most. Christian is your primary guide through every stage of the journey, supported by a handpicked team of senior teachers who bring their own depth and expertise to specific practices throughout the course.
"Coming from my heart is acceptable. Going back to this state of being has been life altering for me on all kinds of crazy levels. I love the warm fuzzy feelings when leading from my authentic heart centre."
Linda Stewart
Your entire 90-day journey is delivered through an elegant online learning platform — accessible on desktop, tablet, or phone. Each day, your next lesson unlocks. Each week, your new practices appear.
Downloadable audio meditations, printable practice worksheets, and a dedicated community space mean you can integrate this work into your daily life — wherever you are in the world.
Video lessons average 20 minutes. Practices take 10–30 minutes daily. Two live calls per month, each 2 hours. The commitment is meaningful but sustainable.

"Being Heart Intelligent helps me to choose what to do and what not to do. I can own what is mine and speak and act from my own Truth, and not be a puppet controlled by my thoughts, beliefs, or conditioning, but really be the Real Me. I can now choose to act from forgiveness and compassion, without making anybody or anything wrong. Because of it, I am a better me."
Stephen Comee
As part of your 90-Day Challenge, you get access to two powerful monthly calls that are normally reserved exclusively for members of the Heart iQ Fellowship — our year-long mentorship journey. That's six live sessions over 90 days.
A live, emergent online circle gathering where we meet what's alive in the moment with presence. This is a collective, transpersonal community space to put into practice everything you're learning — using the Heart iQ circle work modality, facilitated by Christian personally.
Guided practice sessions with our most experienced facilitators — rotating through different themes each month. Your chance to practise in real time with expert support.
⬥ 6 live sessions included — a premium Fellowship benefit
A 3-Day Immersive Container — June 26–28, 2026
For most of the programme, you're practising at your own pace — following daily lessons, working with your partner or buddy, joining calls. But during your 90 days, you'll also be invited to drop into a deeper container — for three consecutive days, you enter a shared field together.
This is where the work accelerates. Where being in a consistent field over multiple days creates a depth that weekly practice alone cannot. Where you move from understanding the concepts to receiving the direct transmission of the work.
Schedule across time zones:
🇪🇺 CEST: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (break 6:00–7:00 pm)
🇬🇧 BST: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (break 5:00–6:00 pm)

🇺🇸 PDT: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm (break 9:00–10:00 am)
A live, in-person retreat — included with your enrolment.
As part of your Challenge enrolment, you receive a ticket to one of our upcoming Love, Relationships & You retreats. This is where the work comes fully into the body — a 3-day embodied experience that goes beyond what any screen can offer.
Running Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon, this immersion is held in intimate, purpose-built retreat spaces. Longer, deeper, and more immersive — this is the threshold where everything you've been practising lands in your bones.
Two upcoming retreats are available to you:
New Eden, Netherlands
October 1st – 4th
Casa Sagrada, Colorado
November 5th – 8th

"I came expecting information. What I found was a place where my whole nervous system could finally exhale. For the first time, I didn't have to perform or prove anything — I just had to show up. And everything shifted from there."
Andrea Mayer
Heart iQ is not a method. It's not therapy. It's not self-improvement.
It's a living map of four directions of capacity — four ways your system opens or closes in every moment of your life. When you learn to expand in all four, everything changes.
↑ Up — Source
Your capacity to feel connected to something larger — to be held by life, to feel the awe and wonder of existence, even when things fall apart.
↓ Down — Body
Your capacity to feel what's happening inside — sensations, feelings, thoughts. Your connection to the ground, to embodiment, to the earth beneath you.
← In — Receive
Your capacity to let love in from others — to be open enough to receive connection, intimacy, and care without shutting down or pushing away.
→ Out — Express
Your capacity to be authentic — to share all of who you are without holding back, managing, or shape-shifting. To feel safe being true to your own essence.
When any of these four directions is shut down, we compensate — we override, we numb, we perform, we withdraw. Heart iQ trains you to open in all four, so you can stay present in the full range of being human.
"You are me, cleverly camouflaged as you…
We are each other's medicine"
Christian Pankhurst, Founder of Heart iQ
Most personal growth work happens in isolation. We reflect. We journal. We process internally.
But there are parts of us we simply cannot see on our own.
In Heart iQ, circle is not about performance, fixing, or becoming someone else. It's a relational mirror — a place where who we are is reflected back to us with honesty, care, and depth.
You don't need to understand everything you hear here. This is an introduction to the terrain you'll begin to explore during the 90-Day Challenge.
Click any week to see what you'll learn and practice. Each week includes personal, relational, and circle practices — plus supplemental video teachings.
Nothing opens without safety first. This week you build the internal foundation that allows everything else to unfold — learning to regulate your nervous system and settle your body in the presence of others.
Your body is always communicating — most of us just aren't listening. This week you learn to notice what's alive in your body and name it in real time, first alone and then in connection.
Triggers aren't problems — they're doorways. This week you learn to map what activates you, stay open when your system wants to shut down, and share your activation without needing anyone to fix it.
The body holds everything we've suppressed. This week you learn to follow the breadcrumbs — gently releasing the stored contraction in your system while being witnessed without intervention.
Process addiction week. We all have strategies for avoiding what we feel — overworking, scrolling, overthinking, overconsuming. This week you name the patterns honestly, without shame. Just truth.
Everything you're not saying is costing you energy and intimacy. This week you learn to identify and clear the hidden truths — the things you usually keep inside — in a container strong enough to hold them.
Most of us override sensitivity with intensity — needing stimulation to feel alive. This week you practise the opposite: slowing down enough to feel what's actually there, and daring to share it.
Meet your inner defence system — the S.T.U.A.R.T. — and learn to recognise where your armour shows up. Then practise the acknowledgement that lets love actually land beneath it.
Radical self-responsibility without shame, blame, or collapse. This week you practise owning your part in what isn't working — and receiving feedback as medicine rather than attack.
Entering the territory of shadow and shame — the parts of yourself you've hidden, denied, or exiled. Naming the thing you hide most becomes one of the most powerful experiences in the programme.
The signature Heart iQ relational leadership practice. You learn to assess capacity, discern what's needed — nurture, repair, or edge — and lead connection with clarity and courage.
Completing the journey and beginning the next chapter. This week is about integrating everything you've practised, visioning what's ahead for your relationships, and committing to ongoing circle connection.
36 core practice worksheets and over 100 video lessons and supplemental transmissions — structured into a progressive, sustainable daily rhythm.
Begin Your 90-Day ChallengeReal people, real transformations. These are participants who committed to the practice — and found something they didn't expect.
We already had a good partnership, but discovering Heart iQ has raised this to a new level, which I could never have hoped for previously. We are both learning to resist the urge to 'fix' each other and it has been incredibly heart opening. After 25 years of marriage, this feels like a new beginning.
I learned how to be myself, how to open and love deeply, how to listen and follow my guidance on a completely different level. I feel equipped for the rest of my life with something no one else can take away from me.
Through Heart Intelligence, I now have the courage to face who I truly am, and yes, I am beginning to accept, appreciate and love that which I see. It is Heart Intelligence which has provided the missing pieces of the jigsaw.
I feel more deeply connected to myself and others than ever before. The ripple effects of Heart Intelligence show up every day in my life — in my actions, thoughts and words. I find myself reaching out more and more, to celebrate big and small moments of joy.
Heart iQ has changed my life in so many ways. It opened my eyes to see clearly, taught me how to fearlessly speak my truth, gave me beautiful friends to share joy and fun, and blessed me with finding love and passion in an amazing new relationship.
I used to be haunted by a crippling sense of loneliness for as long as I can remember, but I no longer feel alone. Heart iQ has given me a community of heart-centred, like-minded people — a true soul family. I have learned to accept myself more deeply than I ever thought possible.
I learned to stop and track. To rest my mind so I can hear, feel, deny or embrace the message of my heart. To share and express what I want and what I need. To be seen and felt in circle.
Practical skills to live more joyful lives — this training is heart-centred, heart-led and heart-opening. You will laugh. You will cry. But most of all you will deepen in an experience of what it is to truly feel loved.
I have more self awareness than I had before and am less critical of others as well as myself. More confidence, more acceptance of who I am, less fear about the future, and more trust in life and myself.
Heart iQ gave me the courage to face my own needs and learn the principle that ALL feelings are acceptable, it's just that some feel better than others — and also to embody what I'd learned. I am so grateful I had the courage to take on Heart iQ.
I thought I was broken. Turns out I just needed a space safe enough for my nervous system to finally let go. The practices gave me something I can return to every single day.
Learning Heart iQ is the clearest form of communication I've ever experienced. When my heart is open and I let it shine, I feel alive and abundance flows. How beautiful, vulnerable and exquisite it is to live life from a place of open heartedness.

Before I could walk this path with others, I had to walk it myself.
I'm Christian Pankhurst, founder of Heart iQ, and I'll be accompanying you through this journey.
My early life was shaped by intensity and a lack of safety — experiences that later showed up as anxiety, panic, and a deep sense of inner disconnection.
What began as a personal search for relief slowly became a deeper inquiry into what helps us stay open, present, and human in connection — especially when things get challenging.
Over the last 20 years, that inquiry has evolved into Heart iQ: a body-based, relational approach to personal and collective healing that's now practised by individuals, couples, and groups around the world.
The work draws from both Eastern and Western traditions, but its heart is simple — creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to open.
I don't see myself as someone who fixes or heals others.
My role is to help create the conditions where your own intelligence, capacity, and goodness can emerge.
I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to meeting you in the work.
"Christian Pankhurst knows how to articulate these messages as well as, if not better than I can. He is a profound source of wisdom and depth."

Start with the essentials. More detail is grouped below.
The Heart iQ 90-Day Challenge is a structured training that expands your capacity to feel, to stay open in conflict, and to receive the love and connection that's already available.
It combines daily video lessons, somatic practices, relational exercises, and group circle work across 12 progressive weeks — supported by live calls with Christian Pankhurst and his teaching team.
This is not a communication course — it's a nervous system training that expands your capacity to stay open so behaviour naturally reorganises.
Doors open on April 6, 2026. When you join, you begin Day 1 of your 90-day pathway and enter the live call rhythm immediately.
After launch, the Challenge transitions to open enrolment — so if you're reading this later, you can still join at any time and move through the programme at your own pace.
If you follow the weekly core rhythm — personal, relational, and circle practices — most people spend around 2–3 hours per week with the core videos and practices.
There are also optional supplemental videos released each week. Many people engage with these for around 20–30 minutes a day, but this is entirely optional.
Live calls are 90 minutes each, and the virtual retreat runs over 3 days (Friday–Sunday).
You're encouraged to engage in a way that fits your life — not to keep up with everything.
There are two tiers:
Heart iQ Challenge (self-paced) — €497
Includes the full 90-day curriculum, 134+ video lessons, worksheets, and lifetime access.
Heart iQ Challenge Live — €997
Everything above plus live coaching calls with Christian, training sessions with the teaching team, a 3-day virtual retreat, an in-person retreat ticket, and your partner joins free.
Both tiers have 3-month payment plan options. Financial assistance is available — reach out to connect@heartiq.org.
No. This is designed as an entry point into the Heart iQ world. The practices are introduced step by step, with clear guidance and support.
Whether this is your first structured inner work journey or you've been exploring personal development for years, you'll be met where you are.
Yes. If you're a couple in the same household, you're welcome to register once and share access.
Each registration includes a complimentary partner ticket for the live, in-person retreat — so whether you share one account or register separately, you're both welcome to attend.
Please note that each person will need to cover their own food and accommodation at the retreat.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of registration, provided you have engaged with the programme and can confirm it's not the right fit for you at this time.
We don't track participation — we trust your self-assessment. After 14 days, all payments are considered final.
That's completely okay. Life happens. You can slow down, pause, and return when you're ready.
The weekly rhythm is offered as a guide, not a rule. Consistency matters more than speed, and you're encouraged to find a pace that's sustainable for you.
You also have lifetime access to all digital course materials — so there's no rush.
Yes. The daily curriculum is self-paced and available on-demand. Live calls are scheduled to accommodate European and North American time zones, and recordings are available for anything you can't attend live.
The in-person retreats (Netherlands and Colorado) are included bonuses and are optional.
Heart iQ works at the level of the nervous system, not just the mind. Many experienced practitioners report that it gave them the missing piece — not more insight, but the capacity to bring their inner work into living, breathing relationships.
If you've done years of inner work but your body still shuts down in conflict or intimacy, this training addresses exactly that gap.
Yes. Many facilitators, coaches, and therapists take part — not as training to "fix" others, but to deepen their own capacity, presence, and relational awareness.
While this is not a certification programme, the skills and practices are directly applicable in professional contexts, especially for those working with people or groups.
There's no expectation to push yourself beyond what feels right. This journey is built around choice and self-responsibility.
Depth tends to emerge naturally when people feel safe and supported — not because they're forced.
No. Nothing in the Challenge is mandatory. The live calls are there to support practice, connection, and integration — but they are optional. All calls are recorded.
The monthly Deep Dive circles are facilitated live by Christian. The monthly Dojo training sessions are facilitated by Stephanie Fabela and the Heart iQ teaching team, offering structured guidance, skill-building, and integration support.
Live calls are scheduled for participants across Europe, the UK, and North America:
Exact dates are shared after registration. All calls are recorded if you can't make it live.
Yes. You receive lifetime access to all digital course materials.
The 90 days refers to the held container — the live calls, retreat, and active facilitation window — not to your access to the content itself.
Absolutely. While the relational practices are designed to be done with a partner or buddy, many participants find their practice partner through the Heart iQ community. You'll be connected with others on the same journey.
The 90-Day Challenge is the initiation — the beginning, not the end. After completing the Challenge, many participants choose to continue into the Heart iQ Fellowship for deeper ongoing practice and mentorship.
But there's no pressure — the Challenge is a complete journey on its own. You'll know if you want to go further.
The Heart iQ Virtual Retreat is a three-day immersive experience held online via Zoom, included with the Challenge Live tier. The next retreat runs Friday June 26 to Sunday June 28, 2026, led by Christian and Steph. It's a combination of pre-recorded content and live facilitation — two 3-hour sessions each day with a 1-hour break in between.
Daily schedule across time zones:
CEST: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm (break 6:00–7:00 pm) · BST: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm (break 5:00–6:00 pm)
EDT: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (break 12:00–1:00 pm) · PDT: 6:00 am – 1:00 pm (break 9:00–10:00 am)
You'll need a Zoom account and a space where you can be seen, move, and be fully present. While you can attend solo, many people find it powerful to join with a partner or friend.
Recordings are available if you can't attend all sessions live.
There are two live, in-person Heart iQ retreats included with the Challenge Live tier:
After registration, you'll receive an invitation to confirm your attendance and claim your place. Travel and accommodation are arranged independently.
Your tuition is included — there is no additional event fee. However:
New Eden (Netherlands): Budget approximately €500 per person for three nights of shared accommodation and meals on site.
Casa Sagrada (Colorado): Accommodation is booked independently. You'll purchase an on-site meal and snack package (~$250 per person) to confirm your attendance.
Travel costs are separate and your responsibility.
No. The in-person Heart iQ retreat is designed to be experienced physically, in shared space, and in circle. Being in the live field together is a central part of the experience.
Yes. Both tiers offer a 3-month payment plan:
Financial assistance is also available — reach out to connect@heartiq.org.
Your registration includes a complimentary partner ticket, so couples are welcome to attend together.
Each person covers their own food, accommodation, and travel. Many couples choose this as a way to experience the live field side by side.
Still wondering something? Tap the gold chat icon in the bottom-right corner and we'll get back to you.
This isn't just another course. It's a training that expands your capacity to feel, to receive, and to stay open in every relationship you have.
If something in you feels the pull — a knowing, a quickening, a quiet "yes" — this is your invitation to follow it.
Whether you're ready to expand your capacity to receive love, to stay present in conflict, or to finally feel part of a community that gets you, this journey will meet you where you are.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.
We can't wait to meet you.
